Uh, ok.
Maybe he's talking about a real bad thing, but the way he's describing it makes it seem like a good thing.

You'll find that people who have low self-esteem tend not to be able to make themselves better or make changes.
High self-esteem is almost always good.

Now, entitlement is bad.
But high self-esteem is very far from entitlement.
