That's the point of an auction draft you have to fill your roster. That means if you have 15 players and a $100 budget $86 will be left over for one player or more.

Btw, whatever advice you get throw it in trashcan. You can plan as much as you want and not get any of the players you want. It's how the auction works. Make 3 plans and kind of gel them together once it gets going. You never know who you'll end up with.
