Any player who entered the league from anywhere outside the BPL after the start of our draft cannot be drafted until the supplemental draft.
If you lose a player to a league outside the BPL, then you jump to first in the supplemental draft order. If two owners lose a player, then the higher drafted player lost moves first.

Yes to the supplemental draft. That will be in early September.
Basically, you cannot add players who are transferred into the BPL. You can drop your fifth midfielder for maybe who you think will be Crystal Palace's "big" goal scorer though.
