Since RP was kicked off the team, this offense has been snake-bitten IMO. QB play has been shoddy and we couldn't seem to figure out the OC. Excitement with Krags coming in, but then he gets diagnosed, so Les is forced to scramble. Hopefully the dark days for this unit are coming to an end.

Right. Because that is specifically what Cam was talking about.
He certainly was not referring to head coaches having a say in the offense. He was trying to say that big time coaches pretty much everywhere promote their O line coach to offensive coordinator after the OC gets diagnosed with Parkinson's.
