I agree. TCU will be ready. I promise. You would rather be playing VA Tech. Patterson is very good coach and his team is always ready. This game will be close.

Please tell me the juggernaut running teams TCU shuts down?

We will be over 200 yds with or without Hill.

Game is close for a half to 3 qtrs. LSU wins by two scores.

Elite is elite. OU not elite, Boise not elite.

This topic being discussed and Patterson even coming out making a statement on it plays right into Miles hands. They now have 1 more back to prepare for whether he plays him or not because GP doesn't know what's coming. That's why he's pissed.. Touché les miles touché

Yes well all know there are only 3 elite teams and one plays in a shitty conference with no real competition year in year out.

Bravo.

Corn dogs smell good .

TCU is a quality team , but GP should worry about his criminal QB and not about our guys. He has no clue , like most of us , what the entire situation is with JH . So to comment on something he knows nothing about is ignorant . Also , I thought " Christians" weren't supposed to be judgmental .

Only a blind partisan would say something like this. I suggest looking up TCU's prior history against defending the run.

If Mettenberger can't make throws this game LSU is in trouble becuse TCU's scheme is strong against the run.

The SEC is known for the best defenses, running the football, and stopping the run. How many good SEC rushing attacks has TCU faced? Their former conferences weren't very talented, and the Big 12 is not known for running the football.

So when the Tigers give the horned frogs two black eyes, will they bleed purple instead of red?

Nah, horned frogs only shoot blood from their eyes when they are scared and defenseless. I don't expect to see that from a GP coached team.

The point others are making is that TCU has shut down several big name running backs, and that LSU will have to beat TCU through the air — or so they say. I'm not calling this game one way or another. I wish it's timing didn't conflict with the Georgia/Clemson game.

On another note, I'd like to see TCU's great rushing defense face off against Oregon or Stanford. Maybe, they'll make it to the Fiesta Bowl this season and play one of the two.

loses at linebacker with minimum depth considering only one year in current conference to recruit from will make this year's run D possibly weaker than years before. Despite wide reaching loses in D and lots of inexperience TCU was still able to mount the 30th best run defense in the nation last season.

We shall see what happens in 22 days
