although reinstated to the team so he can work out, practice and stay out of trouble.
I have a feeling it will liklely be announced just before the game that although on the sideline, he will not play in the game for disciplinary reasons. He will have a one game suspension and be back.
I just dont see Miles not being able to have him sit out a game. However, a receiver was arrested for a bar fight during the off season a couple of years ago and was not suspended for any games. Who was the receiver from Hemphill Tx?

Might kinda depend on how much Gary Patterson bitches about it 
Before reading his comments, I expected we might not see Hill until game 3 or so, but you just gotta wonder how Les will respond to being publicly called out by a coaching peer, and someone he opens the season against. If that has truly pissed Miles off (and it might have), then Hill's stats might be:
3 carries
4 yds
3 TDs
3 Les Miles power-claps
