I think you can flood anything you want but you cant knock it down first.
I knock it down and hay bale it for doves and cow food. I would think this could get interesting for teal.
I dont think many birds fly over our property to being with. We are a long way from any major flyway

I know dove and duck is very different. I thought for duck it had to be normal farming practices but I could be off base...
