Remoulade recipe:
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Creole mustard
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 scant teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Perfection. Why change a classic?

You want to make a remoulade that tastes different, fine, it might be delicious, but call it something else.
