rangers owe Alex 40 million in deferred money through 2017 for accepting trade to Yankees. Because of interest it will turn into 50 million.
So if Yankees owe him 63 million then Rangers owe 50, so he is getting paid regardless

I don't think there's a more unlikable person that wants to be more liked by everyone than Alex Rodriguez.

I think the suspension is overboard but it's to ensure he has absolutely zero shot at the all time home run crown, not that he was gonna get there IMO but this cements it if true
