There have been some good suggestions, but the answer really depends on your price range. Whatever you decide on, I can almost guarantee that you can find it much cheaper online than at a store like Cabela's or BPS. I've gotten almost every knife I own from Cutlery Shoppe ("nutnfancy" code for free shipping), Knifeworks or Amazon.

Budget is flexible but trying to stay under $100 for no particular reason.
