To me there are 3 running backs that set the standard back in the 80"s Bo Jackson, Herschel Walker and Marcus Dupree. Adrian Peterson is the one that compares to those 3. If Cecil Collins had a full 3 years at lsu I believe he could have been in that elite group of backs. Leonard Fournette appears to have the tools to not only be a heisman contender but be one of the all time great backs in lsu and sec history.

I know this is a Cecil Collins vs fournette thread but J. Hill is pretty damn good. His feet are great he has speed maybe not elite but he can get 40 yds easily. He carries his weight very well I would love to see him lower his pads more but he didn't take big shots last year. What I see from Fournette is a big back like Hill with better speed and breaks tackles. He could go 40 or 70 very easily. The little that I have seen from Collins it reminded me of Alley Broussard and he was a very, very good back before the knee injury.

Idk man. Darren McFadden was a damn beast. Best running back in the sec I've seen in a long time. Better then Harvin or Trent Richardson.
