I dont want to be like the mexicans and try to hurt an opposing fan. I do like to point and curse. I singled out one panama fan and yelled at him after we won, he put his sad face on which made me happy. Some USA fans around me were telling me I went a little too far.

How far is too far? Where do I cross the line? I do not want to give our country a bad name by acting like the mexican fans do, but I want to show we passionately care about our USMNT and are fans DO NOT TAKE shite FROM ANYONE.

A little smack talk never hurt anybody. Be loud and be proud.

We're still choir boys compared to European and South American fans, which is a good thing. Rioting, looting, fighting, and throwing shite is too far.

One think that is great about USA soccer, MLS and USMNT is that it is a very sporting atmosphere, except for the mexicans. There are no riots or hate being spewed. Just a funny jab in a tifo or something.

IMO, it's better to be smug and aloof after a win than to be a boorish a-hole.

You were the latter in this example.

If I ever talk smack about anything, it's because the other guy started it. I personally don't want to be the instigator, but if the other guy goes first...I'll definitely respond.

The expats at Finns always say the thing they love most about the states is that they can sit in a bar with supporters of other clubs and shite talk back and forth without it ever getting past just good natured ribbing. So I think trash talking is fine as long as you don't get obnoxious about it.
