I'm just setting that as a deadline. The money is flowing slowly to the brokerage account.
I'm going to put a buy-limit at 175 and if it doesn't happen, I'm going to get as good a price as I can get on August 13.

Excuse my ignorance, but wouldn't the share price get artificially inflated right before the ex-dividend date which will make you buy at a higher price?
