It is the internet; how do you put someone in their place online?

I've read the rest of the comments since my last post, and I hope no one was seriously put off by my topic. Please don't let this thread taint your views of me. Don't let my fan status and username fool you either. It's hard to see purely objectively, but I'm willing to reason with others and listen to both sides.

I'm not a bad person, and I didn't intend to offend anyone.

Have a good evening.

I never get tired of discussing 2011. No worries. Not much else to talk about in the offseason.

2011 was such an unbelievable season with so many highs but at the end of the day remains tainted by 1/9. I don't care what anyone says, Alabama did not deserve to be there. You aren't going to convince me nor most LSU fans of that - period. Coming here and posting a "healthy debate" looks like you're trying to convince yourself on how you got to the game.

If the roles where reversed and Alabama won in Tusc and goes to win the SEC and when selection time comes, LSU is chosen and then goes on to smash Alabama in the MNC. I would be ecstatic that we won but in all honesty would not believe we deserved to be there.

At the end of the day, Oklahoma State lacked the brand name, if it would of been Texas in OSU's shoes it would have been LSU vs Texas. But don't bother that, that's all hypothetical.

Alabama showed up with the better gameplan, preparation, and with emotional ties that history shows can rival any gameplan an opponent presents. 1) They wanted revenge from the loss in Tuscolossa and 2) Tuscaolossa Tornado.

It is what it is. I'm sick of hearing about the game in all reality. The past is past and hopefully CLM learns from his mistakes and maybe one day the playoff system will be better

Saban has accomplished some great things at Alabama but he is far from untouchable. Many things have fell in his favor. However, its hard to see past that due to the medias involvement.
