It's really all out on the table for Ingram to take this year IMO. We shipped off Ivory in a move that IMO tells Ingram, this is your chance. Take it or leave it. If he misses games/underachieves again this year, he's gone.But I tend to lean towards the side of he'll put it together and become the feature back of the future.
That said, I think the carries get distributed somewhat like this:
Ingram 45%
Thomas 35%
Sproles 20%

This is a prime year for Ingram. He's healthy, and CSP had a year to observe what a lack of a running attack will do to your QB. He will get used quite frequently.

I really hope that he has a break out season. Him and PT and Sproles is a great combo weapon.
