negative ghost rider. anything with a motor, including a trolling motor, must be registered and have numbers. That 9.9 stuff is for lake with 10HP limits.
I also used to think that PFDs were not necessary in paddlecrafts. Two tickets later and i know better.

From LDWF...I had to completely scrap a project that was trolling motor powered because I could not get it registered.
