And im the last guy to defend AJ Smith/Chargers formerly overrated arse, i just thought that was an unfair assessment

The Year San Diego had the first pick and Eli/Rivers were drafted...Robert Gallery#2, Larry Fitzgerald#3

2003 SD Wide Receivers were

David Boston 880 yards
Eric Parker 244 yards
Reche Caldwell 80 yards
Tim Dwight 193 yards
Kassim Osgood 278 yards

So they select Larry Fitzgerald 2004 because of their lack of talent at WR
