I think the point is the decision lies with the Les, not Skip. And everything up until this point leads one to believe Miles won't kick Hill off unless he is in jail.
He had the opportunity to kick him off the team after he pled guilty to punching the guy, yet he didn't do it...

NO. The decision lies with the AD and the university. If they tell Les Hill is gone...Hill is gone.
