The agent made almost $90k off this guy. More than most families make in a year. It is most definitely his responsibilty to inform and make ABSOLUTELY SURE his client understands $2M is dependant on making the set number of OTAs.
I wonder if the agent cant be sued for fiduciary breach of contract with the player.
