3-3-5 cover 2 man where the olb is designed to blitz.. instead i switch to him and drop him in coverage.. very good results 75% of the time. for some reason it causes the qb to panic

Interesting. I never really even though to use much of the 3-3-5 (or 4-2-5 for that matter).

I would imagine the QB panics because 99% of the time, he approaches the line with the expectation of a four man front and an easy read on the defense.

I may have to try that out. Especially on passing downs considering there is zero pressure ever on the QB with the downlineman outside of a broken play or exceptional coverage down field.

i mean its not a gimick play or nothing but i find it to be most successful for me so far. i use the nickel 3-3-5 and cover 2 man. it shows one olb is blitzing.. i just play as him and drop him back and play a zone in middle of field for crossing routes (which the cpu loves) it has resulted in more picks, and qb scrambles because he is standing in pocket longer and panics. it doesnt work 100% of time, they will hit a play here and there because you are in man, but in my dynasty i play with ecu heisman level with adjusted sliders i beat north carolina (who shoulds killed me) 48-13 and had 4 ints on them in first half alone
