The largest cottonmouth ever recorded measured just below six feet, at 71 inches long.
I would of guessed way bigger. I have a old polaroid from when I was a teenager of a cotton mouth we killed at a local pond. We never measured it but it was a little bit longer than the truck bed of his dads old 90's Dodge Dakota single cab. I need to find it when I get home tonight.
