re: 5th pick PPR league help!

I have tough decision to make. This year we pick where we want to draft based on total points scored from last season. I finished eighth. I don't see anyone with more points than me choosing to draft 8-12. So do I stay at 8 or move farther down to get my picks a little closer together? Last year I drafted 12th.

In those settings, if all touchdowns are six points, then Rodgers or Brees for sure.
