I highly doubt this chick deserved an elbow to the face like that police report said.

FTR I've accidentally elbowed a girl in the face at the bar before. I had drinks and was backing away from the bar, lifted the drinks up so as to avoid spilling them on people and elbowed a girl right in the eye.

I payed her tab for the night to try and make up for it. She got a black eye and it was a total accident. I don't know what happened in this case, but accidents do happen.
