Which is the best to go with as far as rates and ease of interaction. I have been talking with a small lender and seem to be beating my head against a wall. Is it worth a shot at a place like chase.

I went with SWBC in prairieville for my RD. They were great. All RD loans will be a headache, but they made it bearable. Let me know if you want the contact information.

CHASE will not do RD loans at their branch locations, yes its stupid but the truth! RD loans are time consuming but Most banks do them and should be easier to deal with than lenders. also you will come out with a better rate RD with a bank over a lender. I work for a bank and i know my RD rate is between 4%-4.25% just depending on the day.
