The ethnic food scene in Atlanta is very overlooked. Plenty of good Korean, Mexican, and Ethiopian.

Had the best Jamaican food I've ever had there. Can't remember the name of it.

Also ate at some hole-in-the-wall Cuban restaurant that was incredible. Sat in an alley that had vines growing off a staircase. Made me think I left Atlanta.

But as for fine dining -

You need to go to Canoe. I ate their before it was damaged and remodeled, but I'm sure if that girl is still there as the chef, it has to be incredible.

Canoe is very good. Go in the spring or summer about an hour before your reservation and get a drink or 5 at the bar by the river. Beautiful.
