Manziel is in a MUCH bigger spotlight than May ever was being he's the Heisman Trophy winner.

So should just stay in his house and not do anything?

Its grown men in the media that decide to follow a 20 year old kid on twitter, and then hang on every little word or action he makes.

With literally millions of people eyeing his every step, it is physically impossible to go unscrutinized.

He took a freaking family trip with his mom and dad and played golf, and was scrutinized for that. They did a special segment on ESPN during the offseason on his golf game and whether its "fair" that his family can afford to do fun things. Its pathetic.

Not at all. He's a college kid. But to go and look for the spotlight while drunk is shite is stupid on his part.

Kid could be costing himself alot of money with the way he's been acting recently.

There is and will be ALOT of money on his shoulders soon and do you think big money cooperations are going to want to drop cash on a drunk college kid?

Of course he's young and I expect him to enjoy college.....but as a Heisman Trophy winner and a possible 1st round pick, as much as you or anyone here or on your ags board want to believe, he has to portray something different than what he's doing now.

Perception is real. He wanted the spotlight. He wanted the success. You have to give up a few things to earn that success. Partying like a NORMAL college kid and handling situations like NORMAL college kids is one of those things he's going to have to give up.
