Not true with since Diamler owned them. Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep have all gotten exponentially more reliable in the past 5-10 years.

I don't know anything about negotiating below invoice price, but it's seems like 1% minus $6K is a pretty good deal. I'm eyeing a Ram purchase in the next year or so myself.
