IMO there is no perfect size for a potential great NFL CB. I think Revis and PP21 are perfect examples of that.

Well at 16 Tolliver has genetics on his side and could end up being the same size as PP7 in a few years.

theres not
but Tolliver, while insanely talented, is young and does not have an NFL body
He's shredded up, but isnt carrying a lot of weight yet. Prob 165-170
