janky the palleta dealers I see over here on their bicycles have no license. In the cutthroat ice cream business to succeed you've gotta be a renegade and that means cut all costs and go at it with no licenses.

just a basic vendors liscens would be all we need. they aren't much but we have several small cities that each require their own license. ill have to do the math. but i forgot about insurance. ill check with my agent.
