Yeah, couldn't get it to work either.
I did find another ranking site that listed him as the 9th rated kicker in the country.

Found the following on Scout. Guy looks very promising.
"Cameron is an outstanding kicker. He has a big leg and hits a great ball off the ground. Kickoffs are also near the top of his class. He has outstanding potential and continues to improve each time we see him. He has become a top national college prospect. Look for Cameron to have a huge summer and pick up D1 offers. A fine young man with a great attitude and work ethic. Excellent prospect." -Chris Sailer
