I know 4 people off the top of my head that got into trouble while on probation and got extensions. And 3 of them were drug charges not some bullshite bar fight.
Hill was origionally charged with oral sexual battery and pleaded down to a misdermeanor of karnal knowledge.
Oral sexual battery is a serious offense.

That he wasn't charged with. How is that relevant at this point?

Is that what the probation is based on, or is it based on misdemeanor carnal knowledge?

As is possession of a controlled substance (heroin). While on said probation, that individual gets a DUI. Probation.....extended, with other terms of course. This was a distant relative of mine, so I am not sure the exact parameters of it, but no jail time was served for this pair of incidents. Other than the night in jail for the DUI of course.

You think the prosecutors would have offered a plea if they had enough evidence to prosecute him for oral sexual battery? No way. They offered a plea deal because all they could prove was carnal knowledge of a minor.
He was a senior in high school dating a freshman. If they arrested everyone for that we would run out of jail space.

Doesn't matter what he was charged with. They will always overcharge if they can.
The plea is the common ground and usually closer to the truth, especially in this situation.
