He committed to LSU before he even transferred.

and honestly, I don't understand why they're ineligible. It's no different than Oak Hill, Monteverde, or Findlay Prep.

I think Oak Hill and Montverde are legit. Findlay is a bit shaky. Best I can tell, it's just a basketball team. It shares a campus with a K-8 private school.

Oak Hill and Montverde appear to offer legitimate coursework and appear to have significant student bodies outside of athletics (or, at least, outside of basketball).
