But yall gotta admit that the natural reefs LA does have could no where near hold the fish populations we enjoy without the habitat created by the oil rigs. Can you imagine the cluster frick it would be to fish just natural reefs if that is all we had given the amount of sport fisherman in LA.

I'm not arguing that. I hope they keep the rigs to keep people off my reefs. Hahaha
As long as I got my reefs and some chip channel bouys for bait.
