First recent example that comes to mind for me is the 2010-2011 Denver Nuggets.

Their starting 5 for the bulk of the season was:
PG Billups
SG Affalo
SF Melo
PF Marin
C Nene

But Ty Lawson got the third most minutes on the team with 31 starts and JR Smith had the fourth most minutes with only 3 starts. Not a perfect example but a decent one. They went 50-32 that season.

Ok so I'm doing some research on this now, should have a few more recent examples shortly.

2009-2010 Utah Jazz finished 55-27

Starters:
PG- Deron Williams
SG- Ronnie Brewer
SF- Wesley Matthews
PF- Carlos Boozer
C- Mehmet Okur

Bench:
Paul Millsap - 3rd Most Minutes, 8 Starts
Andrei Kirilenko - 6th Most Minutes, 35 Starts

08-09 Portland Trailblazers finished 54-28

Starters:
PG- Steve Blake
SG- Brandon Roy
SF- Nicolas Batum
PF- LaMarcus Aldridge
C- Joel Przybilla

Bench:
Travis Outlaw - 3rd Most Minutes, 6 Starts
Rudy Fernandez - 5th Most Minutes, 4 Starts
