I never fall asleep on my back either. Causes sleep paralysis and thats usually when you have dreams like that. Can't move or scream or anything. One time when it happened, I felt hands slowly pulling me into my mattress and it felt so real. Never again do I sleep on my back. Scariest shite I have ever experienced.

That sounds like a black friend of mine in H.S. told me about. He called them a name, vikadoo or something. Granted this is 30 years ago. I'm old
He told me you feel them slowly crawl up you, from your from your feet up and then they hold you down while sitting on your chest. Then just go away Never experienced it persona. Personally, I think it's simple sleep paralaysis over-blown.

I had sleep paralysis several times as a teenager while lying on the couch. I did not see or have anything abnormal happen to me. It is the worst feeling ever laying there and watching tv and you can not move or speak.
