I don't see any way the area can support both the TPC and the new City Park Championship course...golf is already struggling in this area as it is....

The TPC situation is interesting. Once it loses the Zurich, it seems the place better be well into a project to change the whole area around it into some sort of resort to attract visitors for getaways. Perhaps they can create a much-needed mini-lake and sandy beach for the area around there along with a typical spa/resort set up.
