Where is your proof that Marhieu's dismissal was in Miles' discretion.
The premise of this thread is that Miles, unlike Meyer, did the 'right thing' by dismissing Mathieu. My point was simply that Mathieu's dismissal was not Miles' decision and the quotes and drug policy tend to back that up.
In your words, do you have any proof otherwise or are you just giving your opinion?
