MANBURGERS
Meat
Onions/Bell Pepper/Jalepeno (chopped very small)
Egg or two
Seasoning (Slap ya Mama, Cayenne, garlic powder, lemon pepper, salt)
Worcestershire sauce
Bread crumbs
Pepper jack or any other type of cheese
Mustard

Combine everything but the cheese in a bowl and mix good with hands. Then form a small patty put some cheese in the middle, then make another small patty to place on top and crimp all sides so cheese is not showing and stuffed within the meat. Repeat with rest of meat let sit until ready to throw on grill. (I make the patties big so meat doesn't go as far as usual hamburger cooking but turn out great)
