Ground up a couple ribeyes
Form 1/2 pound patties
Heavy coating of salt pepper and oil
Heat cast iron in oven on 500
Place in cast iron in oven for 10 minutes for medium/medium-rare or 15 for well
Take out and add two slices of American Cheese(its my favorite on a burger)
Onion roll from Mathernes
No toppings
BAM
