Plan on being in it for the long haul. There are several other houses that will be the same size maybe a bit bigger and smaller. Im looking at 2,200-2,500 living area.

One thing I cant wrap my head around is two story homes are typically cheaper to build than single story homes all things similar. I didnt believe it bc it seems like anytime you go off the ground things would get more expensive, but supposedly you save on concrete, roofing, & plumbing
