I've been in a couple of small plane crashes. One was minor and the plane basically flopped over and the other, two people died. Accidents have been cut in half due to equipment in planes now that show you terrain at your elevation or above. Really decreased the controlled flights into terrain. You gotta fly around here and if you fly enough, you'll be in some kind of incident.

exhibit A to why i'm waiting 20 years to move up there--even better tech by then and i'll be old enough that it'll be fine way to go.
