Learn based on relative position, not key.

Learn the scales you want in the key of A, using 5th fret as the home note. Listen to the notes, don't just hit them fast. After your ears are used to the intervals, you can move that scale shape up and down the neck to any key you want.


ETA: Also, if you learn the full minor scale the way I just described, the only thing that changes is the root note from scale to scale. For example, A minor and C Major contain the same notes, then theory can help you figure out why they sound different when played.
