OLOL has plans for a Children's Hospital. It'll be part of their campus. It'll be a private hospital, nothing to do with the LSU Health System, or the La State government, or Jindal, thank God.
The best thing to happen to the project is to get Shaq involved. As you say he is the best ambassador for his state and his school. If he wants to lend his considerable weight, bankroll, and name to the project, it is much more likely to actually get completed.

4Lsu2.... Go suck a nut... Till u ever have a sick kid ...shut up. These are actually things I would love to support with my tax money... Instead if the other crap it gets wasted on
