You´re correct. Also, Bilbao used to play very ´Italian´ styled football, until the eruption of Barcelona, and their contracting Bielsa.
Many northern sides who´ve been in and out of La Primera, were somewhat similar. Osasuna, Sporting De Gijón, Real Oviedo, Logroño, Santander............
