Isco can easily play in the front three of a 4-3-3. His problem is that there is a very solid three in front of him, and Jese has basically turned into a midget (I mean like average height) Ronaldo. Isco just happens to be too good to stick on the bench for a couple of years.

Stick him at the point as a false nine or out wide, and he will do really well in a 4-3-3.
