Banff is only a 4-5 hour drive from glacier. You could also throw Yellowstone in there too if if it's a must.

The problem with Baniff is the passport situation. I have been to Canada (Ontatrio), but I don't remember having to use a passport, this was about 8 years ago. I think it has become much more strict now. We are wanting to leave either July 5th or 13th.

If you're willing to go international, this trip would be amazing. Banff is incredible...Moraine Lake, Lake Louise...
