So Im hoping to keg up a beer I've had for a while in fermentor on Thursday night and hope it's carbonated for Saturday tailgate...
I've been working 4 days a week in Beaumont TX so I have really slacked on my brewing. It's driving me crazy. I was bottling beer for the last year or so after kegging for the first two years I brewed... I like being able to bring bottles places, but I don't have time to bottle beer anymore. I just hope I have all the lines hooked up correctly. I got CO2 last week and I just have to make sure I have no leaks in my lines.
Im hoping this will get me back brewing so I can bring out more beers to tailgates.
