Good work, Lafourche. If you can get that down a few more degrees, you will have excellent beer rather than damn good beer.

My Cal Common is bubbling away at 58 degrees. Probably crank it up a few degrees tomorrow. Then a few more. Them a few more. Then down to the 30s.

It's in my outdoor kitchen (now brewery ). I have the AC on about 66 right now. I tried blocking out all the windows with those automobile solar shields. It's just so hot I'm not sure what else to do to get it down.


Any tips?
