Which '39 Green Bay Packer Stole Liberace's Virginity (Behind the Candelabra)?

In the HBO film, Liberace says a member of the 1939 Packers (what a coincidence he played on a team named that) stole his virginity. He described the player "as big as a door". Any Packers fans care to venture a guess? That was in the early days of the NFL so he may very well have been the first gay NFL player.
