I was being serious...I don't think the NCAA is in a position to be heavy handed.
They took a lot of flak the last couple of years...and so many people think they're policing is out-dated and corrupt.
Yeah...it sucks USC had to take the bullet. And Miami is lucky too - that the heavy handed Paul Dee issuing the USC ruling just so happened to be in charge at Miami during their scandalous days.

I don't think that USC should've gotten what they did. However, Oregon doesn't deserve it either. We have been fighting an uphill recruiting battle because this scandal has lasted 27.5 fricking months. Oregon has served time!
